Hiding the floating grid toolbars in Flash Mode

When you hover the cursor over the column headers of a grid in Flash Mode, a floating toolbar is displayed. The toolbar allows you to sort or pivot a column of data. By default, this toolbar is displayed in documents in Flash Mode, but you can ensure that this toolbar will not display in a document.

To hide the floating grid toolbars in Flash Mode

1. Open the document in Design Mode or Editable Mode.

2. From the Tools menu, select Document Properties. The Properties dialog box opens.

3. From the left, select Document.

4. Clear the Show floating grid toolbars in Flash check box.

5. Click OK to apply the changes and return to the document.
