You can view a dashboard or document without the toolbars, menus, and panels at the top of the screen. By hiding these tools, you can focus attention on the data itself and maximize the amount of the document that can be shown at one time. This is called Full Screen mode.
When you view a document in Full Screen mode, all of the menus, toolbars, and panels are hidden from view except the Standard toolbar and the Page-by field.
Use the appropriate steps below to view a document in Full Screen mode, switch from Full Screen mode to normal mode, or, if you are a document designer, enable a document to open in Full Screen mode.
Open a document in Grid, Graph, or Grid and Graph view.
From the Home menu, select Full Screen Mode. Notice that all of the menus, toolbars, and panels are removed from the screen, except the Standard toolbar and the Grouping panel.
To maximize your view of the report even more, enable full screen mode in your browser as well as the Full Screen mode in Web. For example, in Internet Explorer you can press F11 to enable Full Screen mode.
